Hello my name is Emily Kemper, I am a freelance Graphic Designer, based in the Oxfordshire UK. I started my freelance design business ekgraphics.co.uk in 2008. Here on my blog you can keep up to date with all things ekgraphics. Graphic design is the process of communicating visually using text and images to present information. Graphic design practice embraces a range of cognitive skills, aesthetics and crafts, including typography, visual arts and page layout. ekgraphics client of the week – John Ridout

John Ridout Biography:
Initially started Dj’ing in 2000 influenced at the time by Pete Wardman and held residencies in Oxford supporting the Slinky Tour and played alongside Lisa Lashes, Anne Savage and LAB4. Started Ringleader Interplanetary Productions initially for hard dance promotions in 2004
He then turned his attention to producing and started RIP Recordings, with digital releases alongside the BLACKRIP vinyl series. Working in the studio alongside Ben Kaye and Kampain and releasing under RIP DJs with Ross Self, RiP snorterZ with Ben Kaye and solo projects as Dennis the Menace.
Decided in 2007 to take his music production seriously and a complete rebrand of the label was required. Initially working with Nick Sentience brought about the cross genre style that became the Sunburst 2009 CD Album, released direct from Ringleader, along with collaborations on Impact Digital & Encoded.
These releases along with some high profile bootlegs, grabbed the attention of Killertrax who signed him to their label and agency.
